I completed my clinical residency at Yale New Haven Hospital, and then went on to work in hospitals in Sudbury, Toronto, and Kingston, where I live now with my wife and son.

Feeling heard and understood is vital to all of our relationships both at work and at home. That’s my focus – to help you feel heard and understood on your healing journey towards wholeness in your relationships with yourself, with others, and with what might be called the sacred in life.

I provide considerate, safe and respectful care, without discrimination as to race, ethnicity, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, and national origin.

I provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Spiritually Integrated Therapy that explores and draws on the strengths and resilience embedded in your own unique life experience and story.

I have flexible appointment times online, including evenings and weekends.

I have extensive clinical experience helping others deal with the emotional and spiritual distress of trauma, grief and bereavement, rehabilitation, disability, conflict, family caregiver stress and burnout, and work-related stress and burnout.
